- Sample Pre-Departure Presentation for safety and expectations. The Study Abroad Office can assist in creating a program-specific orientation for faculty leaders. The Coordinator for Study Abroad can attend the session or help present.
- Prior Approval to be submitted and approved before payments can be made to the travel agents.
- Course Update to load the study abroad course for the Registrar's Office.
