Forms for NON-CNU Programs
The following forms are required for students studying at universities outside CNU. This includes CNU exchanges, partners, and approved programs (referred to as NON-CNU programs). Listed below are the deadlines for forms depending on the term abroad. Once completed, the signed forms will be uploaded to your students account. Additional information is required in your online application and profile prior to program approval and departure for your study abroad program.

Fall Semester: April 1
Spring Semester: October 15
Summer Term: March 1
Please keep in mind that these are the dates for CNU paperwork. The external program may have earlier deadlines. Students will need to apply to CNU for approval to attend a study abroad program and complete an application directly with the study abroad program in order to be accepted to a program. CNU may approve a student for study abroad, but this does not guarantee approval from the NON-CNU program. Application requirements for each program can be found on the program website.
